Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.;
Monitor access points, verify identification and credentials, maintain visitor and vehicle entry records, and direct authorized personnel to appropriate areas.;
Help to deter unauthorized access by observing activity at entrances, gates, and restricted areas and reporting suspicious or unusual conditions according to site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, loading areas, parking locations, and the business perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
