Program Manager, Corporate Security

American Airlines is seeking a Program Manager, Corporate Security to lead security initiatives that protect our people, assets, and operations worldwide. In this role, you'll design and manage security programs, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate incident response across airports, corporate offices, and global partners. You'll collaborate with operations, IT, legal, and safety teams to ensure regulatory compliance and embed security best practices into daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of corporate security programs across global operations
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for facilities, people, and assets
• Coordinate incident response, investigations, and post-incident reviews
• Ensure compliance with TSA, DHS, FAA, and company security standards
• Partner with operations, IT, legal, and safety to embed security in core processes
• Manage security vendors, contracts, and performance metrics
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and training materials
• Monitor security performance data and prepare executive-level reports
