Event Security

Andy Frain Services seeks Event Security professionals to ensure a safe, welcoming environment at concerts, sports, conventions, and special events. In this hospitality-focused role, you will manage access control, conduct bag checks, support crowd control, and provide outstanding customer service to guests and staff. Responsibilities include monitoring entrances and restricted areas, patrolling event spaces, documenting incidents, and assisting with emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to ensure only authorized access
• Conduct bag checks and screenings in accordance with venue policies
• Provide visible security presence and patrol event areas on foot
• Support crowd management, line control, and guest flow
• Respond to incidents, report safety concerns, and escalate when needed
• Use radios and communication equipment to coordinate with team members
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service to guests and staff
• Assist with emergency procedures and evacuations as directed by supervisors
