Provide customer service to shoppers, store associates, vendors, and visitors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access for associates, contractors, deliveries, and vendors, and maintain visitor and access records as required.;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate store leadership and/or emergency services when needed.;
Help to deter unauthorized access, theft-related activity, and policy violations by observing activity at assigned entrances, receiving areas, and other designated locations.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail location, including the sales floor, parking areas, perimeter, and receiving areas, while reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures.
