Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a public transportation location.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, vehicles, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations following emergency response protocols.;
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout assigned areas, reporting unusual conditions, hazards, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.;
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and communicate professionally with transit staff, law enforcement, and emergency responders as needed.
