Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at transportation facilities.;
Conduct armed patrols of transit properties, including stations, platforms, parking areas, administrative locations, and perimeter areas.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or public agencies when needed.;
Monitor access points and observe activity for unusual conditions, helping to deter unauthorized access, trespassing, and/or disruptive behavior.;
Carry authorized equipment and perform armed post duties in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, company procedures, and site-specific policies.
