Weinstein Properties is looking for a Maintenance Make Ready Technician to join our team at Bexley at Left Bank. This is a stable, long-term opportunity at a well-maintained community with strong leadership, competitive pay, and excellent benefits.

What We Offer- Pay: starting at $19/hour | $20/hour (if you are or when you become EPA certified)
- On-call pay: $150/week (calls or no calls)
- Additional $150 per holiday on-call
- Quarterly bonus: Up to $980 based on property and team performance

- Full-time:
Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (40 hours/week) - Participation in a rotating emergency on-call schedule with the team
- Complete turn/make ready process of vacant apartments
- Assist team with maintenance work orders as needed
- Work with the team to maintain property grounds on a daily basis
- Help maintain the overall appearance of the community, including grounds, amenities, and pool areas
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to keep the property running smoothly
- At least 1 year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
- No HVAC certification required if you are willing to train and work towards getting certified
- EPA certification (Type II or Universal) and hands-on HVAC troubleshooting / repair experience is a plus!
- Strong customer service mindset and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable using computers and mobile devices (Outlook, work order systems, etc.)
- Ability to drive a golf cart
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work indoors/outdoors year-round
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Background check required
