Are you an experienced Journeyman Electrician with a passion for the construction industry? Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic role that allows you to utilize your skills in a mission-critical, healthcare environment? If so, we have a thrilling opportunity for you. We are seeking a Permanent Electrical Superintendent who will be an integral part of our construction team. This role demands a high level of responsibility and offers an opportunity to contribute to the creation of state-of-the-art healthcare facilities and Mission Critical/Data Centers.

The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience in the field, with a proven track record in scheduling, materials reporting, electrical systems installation, and electrical troubleshooting.

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of electricians and other construction workers.
• Ensuring that all electrical installations comply with health and safety regulations.
• Scheduling and assigning tasks to team members, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Preparing materials reports and ensuring that all necessary supplies are available on-site.
• Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems, ensuring that they are functioning correctly and safely.
• Working closely with other construction professionals, such as architects and engineers, to ensure that all aspects of the construction process are coordinated effectively.
• Training and mentoring junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician or in a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in scheduling manpower and materials reporting.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems installation and electrical troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A commitment to health and safety regulations.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to different construction sites in Texas.
