IHG Mechanical, a leading provider of industrial refrigeration solutions in DFW, TX, is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of full-time Industrial Refrigeration Foreman. If you're an experienced leader with expertise in installing ammonia and freon equipment, we want you to lead our dedicated team of installers!

We provide competitive pay ranging from $40 to $60 per hour as well as comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.

As the Industrial Refrigeration Foreman, you'll leverage your skills to oversee and manage a team of four to six installers. Collaborating closely with the director of construction, you'll ensure project specifications are met and timelines are adhered to. Additionally, you'll be responsible for procuring and receiving all necessary materials and equipment for each project, ensuring your team has everything needed to succeed.

Your leadership and organizational abilities will play a pivotal role in the success of your crew and the company as a whole.

In this full-time position, you'll typically work 10-hour days, five or six days per week.

• 5+ years of experience as a Foreman installing ammonia or freon equipment
