HVAC Installer – Residential New Construction

Bell Mechanical Services is hiring an HVAC Installation Technician focused exclusively on residential new construction
. This role is ideal for installers who enjoy working on new homes, rough-ins, and final system installs
—not service calls or troubleshooting occupied homes.

• Install complete HVAC systems in new residential construction
• Perform rough-in work
  , setting furnaces, air handlers, ductwork, and condensers
• Complete trim-out and final installs on new homes
• Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and installation specs
• Work closely with builders, supervisors, and install teams
• Ensure all installs meet code, safety, and quality standards
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and jobsite cleanliness

This is NOT a service or maintenance role
No daily diagnostics, sales calls, or residential service dispatching

• Experience in residential HVAC installation (new construction strongly preferred)
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and use ladders/tools safely
• EPA certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Trade school or hands-on installation experience preferred
