HVAC Installer – Residential New Construction

Bell Mechanical Services is hiring an HVAC Installation Technician focused exclusively on residential new construction
. This role is ideal for installers who enjoy working on new homes, rough-ins, and final system installs
—not service calls or troubleshooting occupied homes.

What You’ll Be Doing:- Install complete HVAC systems in new residential construction
- Perform rough-in work
, setting furnaces, air handlers, ductwork, and condensers - Complete trim-out and final installs on new homes
- Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and installation specs
- Work closely with builders, supervisors, and install teams
- Ensure all installs meet code, safety, and quality standards
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and jobsite cleanliness
This is NOT a service or maintenance role
No daily diagnostics, sales calls, or residential service dispatching
- Experience in residential HVAC installation (new construction strongly preferred)
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and use ladders/tools safely
- EPA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Trade school or hands-on installation experience preferred
- Consistent new construction work (no slow service days)
