Perform daily inspections of properties and buildings to ensure safe, efficient, and visually consistent operations;
Perform repairs, maintenance, installations, and construction work in building trades such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, mechanical, minor electrical, roofing, and HVAC;
Develop scopes of work for vendor repairs and maintenance, coordinate with store management for timely completion, and perform quality control checks on all completed work;
Operate light machinery and tools as required to perform maintenance and repair duties;
Input, manage, and close work orders through the Auto Nation digital work order system, including uploading photos and documentation of completed work
