We are seeking a full-time Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on air conditioning and heating systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing expert field service at customer locations. You will maintain a high level of customer service while addressing client needs. This is an on-site role located in Fort Worth, TX, and requires travel to client homes and businesses as part of daily responsibilities.

• Proficiency in Maintenance, Repair, and system upkeep
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and problem-solving to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
• Field Service expertise, including working on-site at customer locations
• Customer Service excellence, with the ability to professionally interact with clients and address their needs
• Experience in HVAC systems or a related field is highly preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites within the service area
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
