Key
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred:
Licensed maintenance skills or trade certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) - At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with building systems, repair, maintenance planning, and vendor management
- Valid Texas Driver’s License
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
