Warehouse Maintenance Technician

What You’ll Do:

• Perform basic preventative maintenance and minor repairs on mechanical assets, facility structures, and grounds, with guidance from leadership.
• Assist with inspections and basic maintenance of refrigeration systems.
• Maintain material handling equipment according to manufacturer and company guidelines to ensure safe, reliable operation.
• Operate power tools, welding equipment, lifts, and other machinery safely.
• Complete other tasks as assigned while learning and growing your maintenance skills.

• Completion of trade school courses or some experience in building, material handling, or refrigeration maintenance (ammonia, Freon, CO2) is a plus.
• Comfortable performing routine preventative maintenance under guidance.
• Skilled with hand and power tools; basic computer skills helpful.
• Strong problem‑solving, attention to detail, and ability to multi‑task.
• Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the facility team.
• Comfortable working in cold storage (-20°F/-25°C) or dry storage (up to 100°F/37°C) while wearing PPE.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs./23+ kgs. and work flexible schedules, including weekends.
• Some locations may require working at heights or in noisy environments.

Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, plumbing, and electrical systems while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. As an entry‑level position, training will be provided to acquire the skills necessary to grow within the maintenance team.
