The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the functionality, safety, and overall condition of company facilities and equipment. This role requires a proactive individual who takes pride in delivering high standards of maintenance and responding efficiently to operational needs.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment

Conduct preventive maintenance and address repair needs promptly

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance issues

Maintain maintenance logs and documentation of completed work

Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when necessary

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Assist with facility improvements and workspace setup when required

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems

Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
