Solid Restoration LLC is a leading restoration company expanding its operations to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We specialize in water, fire, and mold damage restoration, delivering fast, reliable, and high-quality solutions to our clients.

We are seeking a dedicated Mitigation Technician to join our growing team in Dallas-Fort Worth. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in restoring properties by performing water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, and other mitigation tasks.

• Perform water extraction and structural drying using specialized equipment.
• Conduct mold remediation following industry standards.
• Assist with fire and smoke damage cleanup as needed.
• Perform demolition work and debris removal.
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including photos and notes.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency services.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• IICRC certification (WRT, ASD, AMRT) preferred (WRT) required.
• Experience in water, fire, and mold restoration preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
