This position will require travel to project sites across Texas, including Amarillo, Abilene, and San Antonio, as well as Monroe, Louisiana.
Flynn will provide housing accommodation and daily $40 peridium.
Job SummaryThe Crane Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of cranes and hoisting equipment to lift, move, and position loads. This role includes observing load hookups to ensure safe handling, operating crane controls to regulate speed and direction, and using appropriate hoisting attachments such as hooks, slings, electromagnets, or buckets based on load requirements.
The Crane Operator follows approved critical lift plans, completes required checklists, and signs off on lift completion. Additional responsibilities include inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining crane equipment, as well as promptly reporting any defects or malfunctions to supervision. Safety compliance and attention to detail are essential to this position.

Tons required - TSC Certification ideal but not required
- CDL-A Required/ Must be ok with traveling 2
-3 days or more depending on the needs of the job. - Ideal candidate will have minimum of 3 years experience, specifically using a stand up 30-ton crane with a 105' reach mounted on a truck
