Perform daily inspections of properties and buildings to ensure safe, efficient, and visually consistent operations including mechanical systems, furniture and fixtures, roofing, landscaping, paint, life safety, and security;
Perform repairs, maintenance, installations, and construction work in building trades such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, mechanical, minor electrical, roofing, and HVAC;
Develop scopes of work for vendor repairs and maintenance, coordinate with store management for timely completion, and perform quality control checks on all completed work;
Operate light machinery and tools as required to perform maintenance and repair duties;
Serve as the primary first responder (24/7) for emergency situations at assigned stores and facilities, including mechanical failures, environmental hazards, and natural disasters
