The purpose of this position is to provide necessary labor to install Architectural Fabrication's pre-manufactured products on our clients' job sites using safe & efficient methods.

Objectives:

• Able to organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple activities to meet deadlines. Work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Read blueprints, identify and prepare materials and supplies for installation.
• Safely transport materials to install sites on company vehicles and unload finished materials and equipment.
• Maintain a driver's license.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 75 or more pounds frequently throughout the day.
• Able to work at various heights, and to be exposed to weather conditions
• Install awnings, sunshades, canopies per drawings and specifications.
• Use the following equipment: scaffolding, elevated platforms, ladders, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and bucket or crane trucks.
• Perform quality assurance post-production and post installation.
• Effectively communicate onsite conditions to the project management office.
• In interactions with customers and co-workers, maintain a positive attitude and high level of dependability and integrity.
• Must be available for out of town work, requiring overnight stays

Attributes/Experience/Skills:

• Organized, Prompt, Diligent, Self-Starter
• Able to communicate effectively, follow direction and exercise good judgment.
• Computer skills:
  Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Quickbooks, Google Drive/Docs/Mail, etc.
• Installation experience in the sign industry or construction experience with the same similar tool profile. OSHA
  10 certification preferred
