Job Responsibilities

* Respond to residential HVAC service calls in a timely manner

* Diagnose and repair heating and air conditioning systems

* Perform preventative maintenance and routine service

* Replace filters, inspect coils, lubricate moving parts, and check refrigerant levels

* Use diagnostic tools to identify system issues and recommend repairs

* Repair or replace components such as compressors, motors, controls, and valves

* Perform system upgrades and new equipment installations when needed

* Accurately document service work, parts used, and time on each job

* Communicate clearly with homeowners about system condition and repair options

* Promote maintenance plans and system improvements when appropriate

* Follow all safety standards and EPA regulations

Qualifications

* Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)

* EPA Certification (required)

* Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

* Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

* Willingness to learn and grow with the company
