Installation Mechanic

Location:

Blue Mound, TX.

• Pay: $20 an hour
• Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday through Friday

• Installing new aftermarket equipment on new vehicles in a Safety‑First environment.
• Ensuring the quality and safety of installation processes to increase overall product quality.
• Working in a high‑paced environment that prioritizes quality products, with production incentives such as Piece Rate.
• Testing installed parts prior to final inspection.
• Referencing Work Orders for placement, orientation, and overall function of equipment installed.
• Communicating suggestions and errors to relevant departments for continuous improvement of the installation process.

• 1–3 years of previous electrical, mechanical, and equipment assembly experience or completion/current enrollment in an accredited technical school.
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Understanding of electrical schematics and 12V circuits.
• Problem‑troubleshooting skills.
• Compliance with company standards, including standard operating procedures, attendance, quality, teamwork, and performance.
• Pass a physical examination, drug test, and criminal background check prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license.
