We have an amazing opportunity for a Safety Specialist, requiring a CHST.

TRAVEL WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION, WITH AN 11 DAY ON, 3 DAY OFF SCHEDULE (OT paid)

A Day in the Life / Responsibilities

* Overall administration of company safety & health program.

* This role will be located at the job site and requires some overtime, paid at time and 1/2.

* Supervision and support of all company safety standards

* Safety Training and Education

* Attend pre-work meetings including preparatory meetings

* Maintain a weekly list of high-hazard activities

* Provide and keep a record of site safety orientation and indoctrination

All other duties associated with a Health and Safety position.

Job Requirements:

* OSHA 30 and CHST

* First Aid and CPR certification

* High School diploma

* Must have VALID, unrestricted driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation

* Must be able to pass a government background check.
