Avoid will‑call lines as all glass and hardware are pre‑staged at our shop to facilitate a grab and go glaze process.

• Installation excellence – install frameless showers, dual‑pane replacements, mirrors, and light‑commercial fronts with zero call‑backs.
• Site professionalism – arrive in branded PPE, protect floors, maintain a tidy work zone, and leave the home cleaner than you found it.
• Quality documentation – verify dimensions, capture step‑by‑step documentation, and close each ticket with required sign‑off.
• Safely perform a quality service or installation on the date promised.
• Problem‑solving – flag measurement discrepancies or hardware issues immediately and propose field fixes that keep the schedule moving.
• Continuous improvement – share tool tips, jig ideas, or load‑out tweaks that make the next install faster and safer for everyone.

• Shower enclosures, mirrors, IG replacements, light‑commercial storefront repairs
• Residential window/door installation including new construction and retrofit
• 1–3 installs per week to start (expand as your crew bandwidth allows)
• Jobs clustered within 25 mi of 76137 to minimize windshield time

• 4–5 yrs professional glazing experience (residential or mixed)
• Active LLC or sole‑prop with general‑liability insurance
• Work truck/van, glazing tools & PPE
