** Job Summary      Primoris Services Corporation is seeking highly motivated and eager individuals to join our team as Apprentices. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to learn a skilled trade within a dynamic and growing organization, under the guidance of experienced professionals. Apprentices will gain hands-on experience and foundational knowledge necessary for a successful career in the construction and engineering industry.

Job Responsibilities
Assist journey-level craft workers with various tasks, including but not limited to, material handling, tool preparation, site cleanup, and equipment operation under supervision.
Learn and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Participate in on-the-job training and formal apprenticeship program coursework as required.
Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively under guidance.
Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced team members accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion.
Job Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions.
Basic math skills are essential.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
Strong commitment to safety and a willingness to learn and adhere to safety protocols.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
No prior experience in the construction industry is required; however, a mechanical aptitude or previous experience with tools is a plus.
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
