Primoris Services Corporation is seeking highly motivated and eager individuals to join our team as Apprentices. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to learn a skilled trade within a dynamic and growing organization, under the guidance of experienced professionals. Apprentices will gain hands‑on experience and foundational knowledge necessary for a successful career in the construction and engineering industry.

• Assist journey‑level craft workers with various tasks, including but not limited to material handling, tool preparation, site cleanup, and equipment operation under supervision.
• Learn and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training and formal apprenticeship program coursework as required.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively under guidance.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced team members accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic math skills are essential.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety and a willingness to learn and adhere to safety protocols.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• No prior experience in the construction industry is required; however, a mechanical aptitude or previous experience with tools is a plus.
• Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
