Lead Maintenance Hvac

Estrella at Seminary Apartments is now hiring for an experienced lead maintenance HVAC in Fort Worth, TX.

Duties:

Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner
Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair
Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements:

Previous apartment maintenance experience required
Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
HVAC (EPA) Certification required
Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
