*** Perform general maintenance tasks, handle minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs throughout the mall.
* Respond promptly to work orders and address urgent maintenance requests to minimize disruptions.
* Perform preventive maintenance checks to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
* Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential hazards.
* Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and promotions with the mall.
* Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.## Qualifications
** Experience, Knowledge and

Education:

*** Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician.
* Broad range of repair and maintenance technical abilities required.
* Good physical stamina and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
