What You’ll Do
  • Equipment troubleshooting:
    Diagnose equipment and machinery issues to identify the root cause of failures, ensuring timely repairs and minimal downtime.
  • Repairs and maintenance:
    Repair machinery and equipment as needed, and perform scheduled preventative maintenance to extend equipment lifespan and prevent breakdowns.
  • Facility upkeep:
    Maintain facilities equipment, tools, and the work area in a clean and orderly condition to promote efficiency and safety.
  • Technical maintenance activities:
    Conduct maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems across corporate and manufacturing facilities.
  • Safety compliance:
    Follow all safety protocols, including lockout and tagout procedures, to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Repair documentation:
    Accurately document all repairs, maintenance tasks, and parts used to maintain comprehensive records and track equipment history.
  • Departmental support:
    Assist in other areas or departments as assigned to support overall production and facility needs.
What You’ll Bring
  • Previous experience:
    Minimum of three years in a manufacturing or facilities maintenance role, with hands‑on experience in troubleshooting and repair.
  • Preventative maintenance knowledge:
    Ability to perform scheduled preventative maintenance, helping to minimize equipment downtime and extend machinery lifespan.
  • Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills:
    Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues efficiently to reduce downtime.
  • Welding and fabrication:
    Basic welding and metal fabrication skills can be useful for repairing or modifying equipment as needed.
  • Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and CNC knowledge:
    Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and CNC machinery is preferred.
  • Electrical knowledge:
    Proficient in working with 110V, 220V, and 480V systems, including both single‑phase and three‑phase wiring.
  • Physical strength:
    Physically capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning heavy components and equipment safely.
  • Independent and team work:
    Able to perform tasks independently and collaborate effectively with team members when needed.
  • Safety compliance:
    Follow all safety protocols, including consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required for tasks.
  • Scheduled hours:
    Flexibility to work scheduled hours, including overtime, and adhere to company timekeeping and policy standards.
  • Stamina and Environmental adaptability:
    Comfortable working for an entire shift in a fast‑paced environment in hot, cold, or variable temperature settings as required.
  • Communication skills:
    Professional and respectful communication with all levels of Management, Supervisors, and team members.
  • Reliability and accuracy:
    Consistent reliability and attention to detail in all aspects of maintenance work.
Your Schedule
  • 1st Shift :
    Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM
