Field/Service Technician, Pest Control

OverviewWhat do our Construction/Wildlife Specialists do? They visit customers and provide a full range of services to address pest control needs and challenges. Specialists protect people, enhance lives, and maintain pest‑free environments for residential and commercial clients by solving complex pest issues using their knowledge and training. Their responsibilities include:
- Perform exclusion services and animal removal, including inspections, trapping, baiting and light carpentry work.
- Work at rooftop levels, install crawl‑space vapor barriers, insulation removal and installation, debris removal, and dis infestations in crawl spaces and attics.
- Inspect properties for wildlife and rodent damage and recommend solutions.
- Build internal and external relationships with customers.
- Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months of related construction experience.
- Ability to set live traps.
- Previous ladder and/or harness work experience.
- Good understanding of different construction types.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Organized, punctual, and capable of leading others.
- Must be able to pull a 7x14 enclosed trailer.
- Available to work Monday‑Friday and Saturdays as needed.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates required by federal, state, and local regulations.
