Qualifications At least 3 years’ previous experience in commercial plumbing required. Hold a valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license. Ability to present yourself in a professional manner in front of customers. Ability to read and understand blueprints. Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.

• Work safely following company policies
• Assist Plumbers and Utility Foreman on job sites
• Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials needed for each job
• Provide assistance to other team members as directed by management
• Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors
• Properly fill out all paperwork required for each job

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to safely lift up to 100lbs
• Able to tolerate all weather conditions, as well as high and low temperatures extended periods of time

• Able to continually climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl

Must be able to perform all tasks associated with field operations and maintenance of the water distribution, sewer collection and treatment systems, and gas line installation. These tasks include water, gas and sewer leak repair, and sewer service installation.

Expert knowledge of heavy equipment, daily maintenance, and operations. Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Must have transportation and a valid driver’s license.

This full-time position will be responsible for evaluating bid specifications and analyzing blueprints, proposals, and other documentation to successfully bid plumbing service projects. This position is for a commercial estimator.
