Installation Mechanic – Blue Mound, TX

Holman’s upfitting division seeks an Installation Mechanic to install new aftermarket equipment on new vehicles in a safety‑first environment.

• Install aftermarket equipment on new vehicles.
• Ensure quality and safety of installation.
• Test installed parts before final inspection.
• Reference work orders for placement, orientation, and function of equipment.
• Communicate suggestions and errors for continuous improvement.
• Work in a high‑paced environment with production incentives.

• 1–3 years of electrical, mechanical, and equipment assembly experience, or enrollment/ completion of an accredited technical school.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Understanding of electrical schematics and 12V circuits.
• Problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to meet company standards: SOPs, attendance, quality, teamwork.
• Pass physical, drug test, and criminal background check.
• Valid driver’s license.

Pay: $20 per hour (range $20.00–$25.40 per hour depending on experience).

Shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
