Responsibilities
- Running and patching pre-terminated fiber optic cabling
- Labeling hardware and connections
- Assisting network engineers with troubleshooting and provisioning
- Collecting deliverables such as pictures of completed work
- Reporting daily progress to the team lead and/or customer
- Cooperating with other technicians to execute large projects in a timely manner
- Coordinating with external partners to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain work areas and storage spaces
- Support other internal teams as needed if project work is slow
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency troubleshooting
- 100% travel to support variable workloads across the DC.
