Responsibilities Daily- Execute daily tasks based on drawings and specifications under the guidance of the Crew Lead.
- Prioritize safety by performing stretch and flex exercises, wearing proper PPE, and logging work time accurately.
- Adhere to the weekly work plan to meet project timelines.
- Collaborate with the Crew Lead to adjust work plans based on daily changes and priorities.
- Maintain COPPERA, LLC's quality standards in installations.
- Uphold job site performance in terms of cleanliness, organization, appearance, task completion, and safety measures.
- Organize and inventory materials and small tools, promptly alerting the Crew Lead as necessary.
- Provide training to apprentices in plumbing materials and systems.
- Attend safety meetings to stay informed and actively contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Participate in tracking skills against the Crew Lead Training program to ensure continuous learning and knowledge development.
This role involves outdoor work with varying temperatures and weather conditions.
Qualifications- Possess a Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in good standing with the Texas Board of Plumbers.
- Embrace COPPERA, LLC's mission, vision, and core values.
- Proactively identify and solve problems to ensure project efficiency.
- Possess safety certifications (OSHA 30, CPR, Confined Space, First Aid, as required).
- Familiar with COPPERA, LLC Quality Standards.
- Ability to read drawings and understand project milestones.
- Proficient in using tools such as Smartsheet, emails, Dropbox, etc.
- Knowledge of COPPERA, LLC processes (Material Requisition, Time Keeping, RFIs, Change Orders, 75% Completion).
- Intermediate skills in mathematical calculations for budgeting purposes.
- Optimize resources to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
- Passion for training future tradespeople.
