Your 8-Week Journey

  • Weeks 1-2:
    Classroom and lab training at our Dallas, TX facility
  • Week 3:
    Job shadowing and on-the-job training (OJT) at one of Loftin's seven branch locations
  • Weeks 4-5:
    Classroom and lab training at our Dallas, TX facility
  • Week 6:
    Job shadowing and on-the-job training (OJT) at one of Loftin's seven branch locations
  • Weeks 7-8:
    Final phase of classroom and lab training in Dallas, TX – graduation!

Who We're Looking For

You are an ideal candidate if you have/are:

  • A quick learner with strong problem-solving instincts.
  • Committed to safety, teamwork, and customer service excellence.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Active listening skills and ability to follow direction.
  • Ability to live in the Dallas, TX area during the training program, plus travel as required trades.
  • Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office 360 and other Microsoft products/systems. Strong technical aptitude, including ability to learn new systems quickly and train/support team in adoption.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation (including a clean driving record) and drug screen.
