We're seeking a skilled metal fabricator to contribute to our commitment to quality craftsmanship. In this role, you'll apply your expertise in various welding techniques to diverse projects, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. Your proficiency in interpreting technical documents and your dedication to safety will be crucial to your success.

• Execute welding tasks on a variety of materials, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, to meet project specifications.
• Interpret technical blueprints, drawings, and specifications to accurately determine welding parameters and project requirements.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, adhering to safety protocols to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Conduct thorough inspections and tests on completed welds to verify compliance with quality standards and project specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely project completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a vocational training program in welding is an asset.
• Demonstrated experience as a welder, with proven proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding processes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of welding techniques, material properties, and relevant safety regulations.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, including blueprints and engineering drawings.

• Welding certification.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
