• Perform skilled mechanical maintenance duties in the inspection, repair, installation and alteration of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems and related equipment and facilities
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs, and routine servicing of equipment
• Clean background and drug free

• 5+ years experience as an HVAC residential service technician
• Must have a valid driver license and clean driving history
• Able to pass a background and drug screening

• Ability to work independently in a timely manner, ensuring jobs are done correctly the first time
• Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills
• Observe all company procedures and safety rules
• Work as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and ability to utilize mobile device throughout the workday
