- Operate, secure and maintain building, equipment and grounds
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules
- Repair work on buildings, grounds, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, machinery and equipment
- May be involved in construction and remodeling and, as directed, security services
- High school diploma or equivalent, with trade school or vocational training desirable
- Two (2) years of experience in most phases of building maintenance
- Prefer EPA or HVAC certification
- Knowledge and ability to learn computer skills
- Familiarity with building maintenance and experience in all trade areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, heating/air conditioning
