Role overview
All Systems is hiring a Journeyman-level field electrician to support industrial automation projects across the U.S. You’ll be part of small, high-performing crews that prize safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork.
Primary responsibilities
Lead apprentices through installation and commissioning on industrial automation jobs.
Maintain rigorous safety practices and deliver top-tier workmanship.
Work in lockstep with foremen and project managers to meet scope, schedule, and goals.
Diagnose and correct electrical problems efficiently to minimize downtime.
Provide hands-on training and coaching in techniques and best practices.
Stay flexible and effective in a fast-paced project environment.
Travel nationwide to active project sites as needed.
Qualifications Valid Journeyman Electrician license from any state.
Strong teammate with clear, professional communication.
Familiarity with control systems is beneficial; we will provide training for the right person.
Growth mindset and interest in building a career in industrial automation.
Positive attitude and reliability.
Willingness to travel across the country for project assignments.

Troubleshooting Industrial Automation Equipment National Electrical Code (NEC)
Rigid Metal Conduit (RMT)
Industrial Electrical Experience Electrical Schematic Reading Machines & technologies
Conveyor Systems Compensation Pay Range: $35-$55 depending on experience, education, and licensing.
