Facilities River Crest Country Club is seeking a full time Building Maintenance Technician to our Building Maintenance Team. Our pay range is $23 - $26 depending on verifiable experience. Located five miles from downtown Fort Worth, River Crest is Fort Worth's oldest and most storied country club.

The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the Clubhouse and all other buildings on club property.

• 2-4 years of building maintenance experience required.
• Experience in commercial kitchen equipment would be helpful.
• Must have knowledge and experience in the safe use of basic hand and power tools.
• Must have knowledge of drywall repair, surface preparation, and painting up to room size projects.
• Will work weekends on a rotational basis. Work hours are based upon the needs of the Club.
• Attention to detail and mental concentration are necessary for accurately performing tasks and tolerating frequent interruptions.
• Must present a neat and clean personal appearance.
• Must have timely, reliable attendance.
• Must have a professional, courteous & respectful attitude toward members, guests, vendors, co-workers and supervisors.
• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Excellent organizational skills preferred.

• Performs general repairs to property throughout the Club including, but not limited to:
• Plumbing systems
• Electrical systems
• Appliances
• HVAC and Refrigeration
• Building structures
• Performs general duties to include painting, carpentry and drywall repair
• Keep all rooms at a comfortable temperature using the buildings automation system.
• Maintains the air conditioning, refrigerators and ice makers
• Maintains the Clubs' chillers and boilers.
• Assists with the set-up of club functions and events

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Work from ladders

• Work both indoors and outdoors
• Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping and pulling
• Frequent repetitive motions
