Overview- Run a 65-ton Grove rough terrain crane and stay inside the load chart on every pick
- Set up each pick — outrigger position and cribbing, counterweight, boom configuration, radius, and load chart check before the load leaves the ground
- Work a tight, occupied campus: limited swing room, restricted lay-down, picks adjacent to live hospital operations and public traffic
- Perform and document daily crane inspections, and shut the machine down when it needs it
- Coordinate every lift with the site superintendent, riggers, and signal person
- Hold the schedule for the length of the run — up to six 10-hour days a week for roughly three months
- NCCCO (CCO) certification with TLL endorsement, current and unexpired — required
- Rough terrain crane time at 60 tons and up, Grove or equivalent — required
- OSHA 10 — preferred
- Current DOT medical card — preferred
- Tight-site and occupied-campus experience — healthcare, institutional, or downtown commercial — strongly preferred
- Steady work history with crane and rigging houses or commercial GCs — strongly preferred
- Based within daily driving distance of Fort Worth — preferred
