Electronic Controls Technician

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages seeks an Electronic Controls Technician to support high-speed beverage production in a modern manufacturing plant. In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and optimize PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and motor controls to keep lines running safely and efficiently. You'll perform preventive maintenance, support new equipment installs, and collaborate with operations on root cause analysis and continuous improvement. Working on-site in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment, you'll help deliver quality Coca-Cola products to local communities while building a long-term technical career with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair PLC, HMI, sensors, and motor controls on high-speed bottling and packaging lines
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electronic control systems to minimize downtime
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and technical documentation
• Support installation, calibration, and commissioning of new control equipment and upgrades
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and safety teams to resolve recurring equipment issues
• Document work performed, update maintenance records, and recommend long-term technical improvements
• Follow all safety, quality, and GMP standards while working on energized and moving equipment
