The Refurb Technician III is an exciting and dynamic position that will appeal to a creative, resourceful, high-energy, and organized person who thrives in service-oriented and customer-facing situations. The Refurb Technician III is responsible for the refurbishment and repair activities on ice machines. This position works closely with other Refurb Technicians and the Technical Services team and is responsible for the mentoring and training of less experienced technicians.

This role is critical in ensuring the optimal functionality of our equipment to meet our customers’ service requirements while operating with proficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, a commitment to maintaining equipment in good working order, and a willingness to learn and grow within the field of ice machine repair and maintenance. The Refurb Technician III is dedicated to driving service success that not only enhances customer satisfaction but also maximizes customer retention through reliable and responsive service.

• The Refurb Technician III is a progression from Refurb Technician II. Although the scope and responsibility goes up at each level, all levels of Refurb Technician - I, II, and III, are responsible for duties as assigned
