Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team and communicate with team members to support business needs;
Demonstrate knowledge of meat department operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment operation and maintenance; cut boneless meat products and wrap, trim, and maintain quality standards;
Leverage handheld technology to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support training and product quality decisions;
Maintain an organized, clean, and compliant work area according to company policies; ensure proper packaging, labeling, and storage of meat products; minimize waste and assist members with purchasing decisions;
Advocate for the department and the club by delivering high-quality service, modeling energy and commitment, and engaging with members to enhance their experience.
