Traffic Control Lead Trainer

The Lead Trainer is capable of supervising the installation of worksites, identifying any non-compliant aspects of a worksite and can oversee/train other employees while in the field.

• Must be able to lift 80 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Must be able to stand for extended period of time (8+ hrs)
• Ability to operate motorized hand tools and equipment
• Exhibit good judgment in the field, including safe work practices around live traffic and adhere to company policy at all times
• Ability to accurately use rulers and calculate measurements
• Must have forklift experience for loading/unloading materials
• Cooperative team player attitude
• Accurately fill out timecards, equipment installation tickets, read and implement traffic control plans
• Communicate effectively with both clients and other field staff
• Other duties as assigned by Branch Manager

• Required:
  
  High School Diploma, college courses preferred
• 2+ years' experience in traffic control or related industry
• Must be able to work nights/weekends as requested
• Must be able to travel out of town as needed, provided ample notice is given

• Hourly pay based on experience. Overtime pay after 40 hours per week
