What You'll Earn- $22.00–$27.00/hour base pay

- $15/day on-call pay (rotating, paid — not expected for free)

Handle day-to-day maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances. Respond to service tickets, keep the property in top shape, and be the go-to person residents trust to get things fixed right.
What You Need- Valid driver's license + personal vehicle
- Must live within 30 minutes of the property
- 1+ year of related maintenance experience (or equivalent training/education)
- HVAC/EPA/CFC certification a plus —
not required to apply
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with paid rotating on-call.
