Part-Time Position
Responsible for monitoring student behavior during meal service. Assists with the cleanliness of the cafeteria, assists with recycling, and assists with the flow of meal service. Work is performed under the general supervision of campus administration with consultation from the food and nutrition services department.
Minimum/required qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, with one to two years of experience with youth preferred. Coursework in child development preferred. Able to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently. Physically able to perform duties assigned at sufficient speed. Effective communication skills. Mature ability to use judgment and be dependable.
Special knowledge/skills:
Demonstrate ability to be equitable and fair. Demonstrate courtesy and respect in dealing with students, parents, visitors, etc. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to show versatility in dealing with unique problems. Ability to work well with administrators.
Experience:
Some experience working with children, adolescence, or teenagers. Salary: $11,220 minimum/ 187 days (2024/2025 compensation plan)
