This role is in‑office 5 days a week in Fort Worth, Texas
Position Summary: This is a high‑ownership leadership role for a Product Engineering Manager who is both people‑first and deeply technical: someone who can set a vision, build a strong team, and deliver platform improvements that measurably impact customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction. We’re a small engineering organization — under 20 people across internal team members and external development partners. This is a hands‑on leadership role.
You’ll be in the code weekly, not quarterly. You’ll know what shipped last sprint because you were in the PRs, not because you read a status report.
You'll report directly to the CTO and shape how we build product.
