The Software Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and identifying improvements by planning, implementing, and monitoring software framework solutions.

• Identifyanddevelop product specification, system design, development,and system integration for new and existing software applications
• Assist senior engineers in the designofnew software product concepts and development; create and test product prototypes
• Conduct new technology research and concept specifications to influencethedesign of individual software components
• Collaborate withcross-functional areason products and programs that will contribute to FSI's strategic direction, development,and future growth
• Monitor, configure,and improve integration with COTS platforms
• Consult with users on problem determination and provide root cause analysis in a timely manner
• Accountable and responsible for the accuracy and completeness of assigned work and results
• Prioritize and manage workload and communicate issues clearly
• Complete other tasks as required
• Travel when required

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience

• 3+years of experience in any software development role
• Proficient experience in .NET platform and MVC
• Proficientexperiencein Java/J2EEpreferred

• Solid experience programming in Visual Studio Development Environment utilizing the .NET languages (C#,).
• Proficient understanding ofWeb Development:
  
  HTML5 and Java script, Reactor similar JavaScript libraries.
• Knowledge of web service models: SOAP, OData, REST.
• Proficient experience with using SQL Server as a backend preferred.
• Proficient experience with Azure Dev Opsand Git preferred.
• Proficient understanding of testing principles, methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, includingtheability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
