We are seeking a Siebel Technical Lead / Senior Siebel Developer with hands‑on expertise in Siebel Config, EAI, Open UI, and direct client engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong technical depth in Siebel architecture and development, along with the ability to collaborate effectively in distributed, Agile teams.

• Lead Siebel technical initiatives with hands‑on development and configuration.
• Work directly with business and IT clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Develop and enhance Siebel applications using Siebel Tools, Siebel Web Tool, Siebel Scripting, Workflow, EAI, Web Services, and REST services.
• Implement Siebel Open UI enhancements using JQuery, Java custom plugins, HTML5, CSS, and Angular
  
  JS.
• Collaborate with team members and vendors to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Design and develop solutions independently while adhering to Agile methodologies.

• Strong configuration and development experience in Siebel Tools and related technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Siebel Open UI enhancements.
• Knowledge of PL/SQL and Unix (preferred).
• Experience working in Agile environments with distributed teams and vendors.
• Strong Siebel Architecture knowledge and ability to design solutions independently.
• Excellent communication skills for direct client and vendor interaction.
